Time:                Girls:                7:15 an warm-up / 8:30 am start

                        Boys:                1:00 pm warm-up / 2:00 pm start

Eligibility:          Age of swimmer as of December 01, 2009

Entries: Each swimmer may participate in:          3 Individual Events

                                                                         1 Medley Relay

                                                                         1 Free Relay

Entry Fee:         $3.50 / event

Coaching staff will decide all relay teams – please indicate your availability for a relay on your entry form.

Please submit entry via entry form below no later than February 15, 2010.

Entries will be invoiced by the Y
