FACILITIES The YMCA pool is a 6-lane, 25-yard pool. There will be a concession
table. Swimmers will be located in old gym area. Limited deck seating available.
A concession table will be in the lobby. T-shirts and
swimmer magnets will be available for purchase.
ELIGIBILITY Meet is open to swimmers ages 12 and under. Swimmers compete only
against others their own age. Swimmers use the age they are the day of the meet.
Swimmer may choose up to 4 Individual Events
ORDER OF EVENTS See attached list for order of events and event numbers. The mixed free
relays should have at least one swimmer of the opposite gender (i.e.,2 girls/2 boys, 3 girls/1 boy, 3 boys/1 girl).
WARM-UP & START TIMES Warm-ups are at 9:00 AM, and meet will start promptly at 11:00 AM.
ENTRY FEES Entry fees are $3.00 for individual events.
ENTRY DEADLINE Entries must be received no later than December
10, 2006
Please place your entry in the Ryan Mailbox at the Y - You will be invoiced by the Y.
AWARDS Ribbons will be given for 1st–6th place for individual entries and for 1st–3rd place for relays. Special awards will be given to heat winners.
DIRECTIONS:
From Route 422, take Armand Hammer Blvd. exit. Take right off
exit
ramp. Take left at 2nd traffic light onto High Street.
Take right at 1st
traffic light onto Beech Street. At Y in road, go to the right onto
Jackson Street.
Go through one stop sign, at next traffic light take a
left
onto Adams Street. YMCA is on your left.
From Route 100 North, turn left at traffic light at State Street (Applebee’s Restaurant on the left corner).
Take left at next traffic
light onto Wilson Street.
Follow Wilson St. to 4th traffic light and
turn right
onto Adams Street.
YMCA will be on left corner as you turn.
From Route 100 South, after crossing Schuylkill River and Walmart shopping center on your left, continue the traffic light at State Street and take a right (Applebee’s on right). Take left at next traffic light onto Wilson Street.
Follow Wilson Street to 4th traffic light, and turn
right onto Adams Street. YMCA will be on left corner as you turn.
RULES The meet will be conducted according to USA rules with some minor modifications.
SWIMMERS unaccompanied by a credentialed coach should report to the Meet Director before the warm-up.
WEATHER If the weather conditions are bad, a decision will be made by 3:00PM
CANCELLATION to cancel the meet or not. A notice will be posted on the website.
