Entry Fees: Each event
will cost $3.50 per swimmer
Fees need to be dropped off in Nancy Conard's folder on pool deck at the
Y upon entry.
Please Note:
Once you sign up
for an invitational you are responsible for your swimmer's entry fee
whether they show up at the meet or not.
Must be willing to help fulfill our teams work assignment (usually
timing) as determined by the host team.
(this is in addition to HATY's requirement to work at 3 dual meets
during the summer season)
Your entries must be received
by June 07, 2009
The swimmers age will be
determined as of the day of the meet.
Please submit the on line
entry form (found at the end of this invitation) to Pat Ryan by June 07,
2009
Given a limited amount of
time to run this meet, entries will be taken on a first come-first serve
basis. If we (Boyertown) need to make cuts, you will be notified on or before June
16,
2009.
Facilities: This meet
will be held at the Boyertown Community Pool. The pool is 6 lane, 50 meters.
We will be using Daktronics© OmniSport 2000 semi-automatic timing at both
ends.
Starting end depth is 5 ft.
Large on-site parking is available.
There is a large
deck/lawn space surrounding the pool. Seating will not be provided, please bring lawn
chairs.
There will be a food and beverage concession stand.
Admission:
Adult admission $3.00, programs will be available for $2.00.
Awards & Scoring: Ribbons
will be given for places one through six in each event in each
division. The meet will not be team scored.
Due
to the unconventional events being offered, A/BB/C motivated times for
some age groups in certain events do not exist.
For
all events that this occurs, two sets of awards will be offered
according to seeded time for the 1st (A) and 2nd
(B) half of those entered.
All
open events will score 9-10, 11-12, 13-14’s and opens separately. All
9-12 events will score 10 and under and 11-12 ages separately.
Volunteers:
Each team must provide at least two volunteer timers and/or officials.
