Proceed North on Route 309 to Allentown.

Get on Route 378  [go through Bethlehem, PA] until you reach Route 22.

Take Route 22 East until you reach Route 33 North.

Follow Route 33 to I-80 West. Then take I-80 West to I-380 North (Exit #293). Take I-380 to the Pocono Exit (#3) onto Route 940 West. Follow Route 940 West for 1.5 miles until reaching the West High School on the left.

Proceed to the right side of building to parking lot C. There will be a set of main entrance doors toward the left of building. Enter the pool on your right once you enter the building. Locker rooms are on the other side of the pool.
 

Pocono Mountain West High School Pool:
Pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards with paragon starting blocks, electronic timing and seating for over 200 spectators.
